I noted a few days ago that it looked like iOS 4.3 was going to hit every recent Apple "i" device except for the Verizon iPhone 4.
Well, iOS 4.3 is out today, and there's definitely no update for Verizon's handset, judging by my review unit.
It should be noted that one of the biggest updates in 4.3 -- mobile Wi-Fi hotspot capability -- is already baked into the Verizon Wireless iPhone. But the update also includes a faster web browser, and I'm guessing Verizon iPhone owners would definitely like a piece of that action.
I never did hear any explanation from Verizon Wireless on why its version of the iPhone isn't getting the update, or if the update will be available at a later date. But if I do, I'll let you know.
